Exchange Policy

1. You can exchange your product up to 14 days after delivery, please note that we can only accept exchanges once, please note that we don't accept refund requests currently

The previous order will only be processed for exchange once we received your returned item and received your new order(s). Please allow up to 2 working days for us to assess your returned item for exchange from the day we received the item. 

 

We reserve the right to reject an exchange request if the returned item does not comply with the following term:

The Returned items must include the original tags and packages with your receipts, must not be worn, and must not have any visible damages.

 

1. After you make new payment(s) of the different product(s) for exchanging the previous item(s), the previous payment(s) will be fully refunded (not including the shipping fees) when we receive the previous item(s). If your returned item complies with the above term, refunds for your previous order may take up to 14 working days to get back to your original purchase method and your new order will be shipped ASAP.

 

2. Returns of the product(s) that are not in compliance with the conditions and timeframes set forth may be rejected by 24/7 ANONYM and will be sent back to you.

 

3. Free items/ gifts with your purchase are not exchangeable, clearance and all sale products are final sale and not exchangeable.

 

4. Shipping fees are not refundable and any return shipping fees must be paid by the customer. Orders that outside Canada may cause customs duty, please note that the customs duties are not refundable. Orders that outside Canada may cause duties and taxes, 24/7 ANONYM is not responsible for these costs.
