CUSTOMS DUTIES

Orders that outside Canada may cause duties and taxes, 24/7 ANONYM is not responsible for these costs.

If a package is returned due to refusal of customs fees, duties and taxes payment, a refund will not be applicable.

 

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order before it has already been shipped, please email us at 247anonymofficial.customer@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Any orders that past 12 hours will not be eligible for cancellation, and once the orders have already been shipped we won't be able to process the cancellation request. (This term is inapplicable to the exchange process).
