When can I get my package?

How can I get my tracking information?
We will send you an email with the shipping company and your tracking number once we fulfilled your order. If you didn't receive the email of your shipping information from us within 3 business days, please reach out to us by: customercare@247anonym.com
Where do you ship from/to?
We ship from Toronto. We ship to all countries in North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Oceania
Can I get free shipping?
Yes, we do free shipping to all the locations above
Exchange & Orders
Can I exchange or return my jewelry?
You can exchange your product up to 14 days after delivery, please note that we don't accept refund requests currently
The previous order will only be processed for exchange once we received your returned item and received your new order(s). Please allow up to 2 working days for us to assess your returned item for exchange from the day we received the item.
We reserve the right to reject an exchange request if the returned item does not comply with some conditions, please visit our EXCHANGE SECTION
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. If you want to cancel your order before it has already been shipped, please email us at customercare@247anonym.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Any orders that past 12 hours will not be eligible for cancellation, and once the orders have already been shipped we won't be able to process the cancellation request. (This term is inapplicable to the exchange process).
Products
Are all your products original?
Yes. We are proud to say that all of our products are designed originally by our head designer. To produce from brainstorming to hand drawings to 3D modeling and handmade or 3D printed with care.
What materials are your designs made of？
We use brass, stainless steel, and sterling silver with 18k white gold plated for the metal parts. To combined with cubic zirconia, shell pearl & other precious gems. We also use 3D printing materials in some of our designs. Please visit product pages for material details of each product.

Where can I find you offline?
Our design studio is located in Toronto downtown, we have stock available at the designer store 55A Dean st, London, UK.

Do you make custom items?
Unfortunately, we don't make custom items currently. We produce our products in large volumes, the small order of custom item will take a long waiting time and high costs for you to pay, which might not be acceptable and reasonable for you.
